RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Like you, we're paying close attention to the latest news about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact and the health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority. Effective Monday, May 18, 2020, we have made a decision to re-open our Sutherland, Paullina and New Hampton branch lobbies. We are strongly encouraging limited traffic in our offices and as a precaution against the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we ask our customers to practice safe social distancing when visiting our bank lobbies to protect our bank staff and customers.
If you prefer, we have several options to help you check your balances, transfer money, make loan payments, get cash and deposit money without visiting one of our bank locations. Please don’t hesitate to call us (712-446-3324) or complete our contact form if you need help with any of these types of banking. Loan officers will remain available to assist you with your borrowing needs.
- Online Banking- go to www.mysecuritystate.com to sign up.
- Mobile Banking including mobile deposit.
- ATM’s available for cash needs (Sutherland-Car Go Express, Paullina-Bank Drive-Up or Paullina Prairie Market downtown or Peterson Ampride). Additionally you can locate other surcharge free ATM’s in the Privileged Status networking by going to shazam.net to find a location)
- Night Deposit Drop at our Sutherland, Paullina and New Hampton bank locations. These will be processed around 8:00 AM, Monday – Friday.
We are taking several measures to ensure our bank locations are clean, hygienic and remain open. Here are a few ways you can help.
- If you are sick with flu-like symptoms or your household has been affect by the Coronavirus, please stay home to prevent the spread and take care of yourself.
- Banking best practices include:
- Using the drive thru – our drive thru can handle almost all your everyday banking needs.
- Use your debit card instead of cash. People could catch the Coronavirus by touching contaminated surfaces or objects – such as cash – and then touching their eyes, nose or mouth. Using your debit card instead of cash could help reduce the risk.
- Using our mobile or online banking along with ATM’s
- Calling us with your banking needs and questions.
Thank you for being our customers and we look forward to being able to help you meet your banking needs.
